I work with women who are already intelligent, capable, and accomplished yet feel an inner divide between what they know and what they seem to be able to act on.
They know what to do.
They just don’t have cooperation between their thoughts, feelings, and instincts enough to do it cleanly.
HHG Coaching exists for moments when old identities no longer fit, insight no longer works, and endurance is no longer sustainable.
My role is not to rescue, reassure, or direct.
My role is to help you align thinking, emotion, and instinct so you can lead yourself with clarity and steadiness.
CREDENTIALS
I am Karen Bailey, the principal coach for HHG Coaching and Certified in 3 Brains Intelligence. This framework informs the structure of my work. Frameworks don’t create change. Integration does which is what our work together does for you.
I earned my MBA at Baker University and have my BA and masters graduate work in psychology. I worked 24 years with women in business management and 20 years as a certified coach.
