Action
What does action mean in this framework?
Action is not forcing yourself to do something.
When your internal team (head, heart, gut) supports the same direction, action:
- Feels inevitable rather than effortful
- Is taken without excessive explanation
- Holds boundaries without aggression or guilt
When there's no inner fight about what to do next:
- Follow-through is consistent
- Energy stabilizes instead of draining
- Second-guessing drops away
If someone needs constant motivation, the head, heart and gut brains are not working together.
