What does action mean in this framework?

Action is not forcing yourself to do something.
When your internal team (head, heart, gut) supports the same direction, action:
  • Feels inevitable rather than effortful
  • Is taken without excessive explanation
  • Holds boundaries without aggression or guilt
When there's no inner fight about what to do next:
  • Follow-through is consistent
  • Energy stabilizes instead of draining
  • Second-guessing drops away
If someone needs constant motivation, the head, heart and gut brains are not working together.
